With 25 years in finance, including 15 dedicated to private wealth and investment advisory, Konstantin advises dynamic entrepreneurs and sophisticated UHNW families across the Israeli technology ecosystems. Before founding Northstar Advisory, he served strategic clients at UBS and Credit Suisse, managing institutional-quality portfolios and delivering integrated wealth and corporate advisory solutions.
At Northstar Advisory, Konstantin leads client strategy and platform orchestration: relationship management, multi-custodian architecture, product sourcing, capital markets and structured credit, and rigorous RFP execution. His leadership combines deep market insight, cross-border execution, and a long-term partnership mindset that keeps delivery sharp, transparent, and aligned with client goals.
Chen Shmilo is an Advisory Board Member at Northstar Advisory, where he advises on the firm's positioning and engagement within Israeli tech as the firm guides entrepreneurial families through cross-border wealth structuring and access to global capital markets.
Chen is the former CEO of the 8200 Alumni Association, where he led its technological entrepreneurship programs and co-established the 8200 Angels investor network. He is an 8200 Unit veteran and holds an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University and Northwestern University. He is also a former Fulbright Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow.
